Holly Knor, DVM

Dr. Holly Knor was born in Connecticut, and moved to South Florida at the age 5. She began working in the veterinary field when she was 14 and held many different positions from working in the kennel, to receptionist to veterinary technician before becoming a veterinarian.

She moved to Colorado to attend Colorado State University where she received a bachelor's degree in microbiology in 1991 and her degree in veterinary medicine in 1995. Following veterinary school, she completed a one-year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at VCA Alameda East Veterinary Hospital and has been on staff since 1995.

Her special interests include dentistry and teaching. Dr. Knor volunteers at the Denver Zoo with their veterinary services and in local schools teaching children about animals.

In her spare time Dr. Knor spends quality time with her husband, Brad, leads her daughter's Girl Scout troop, cheers her son on in Tae Kwon Do, and cares for the family's dogs, rabbit, turtle and fish. She also enjoys cycling and snowboarding.
