Kevin Coleman, DVM

Dr. Kevin Coleman was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he attended high school and then returned to the sunshine state to attend the University of Florida on a baseball scholarship. Kevin was a 24th round draft pick in the 2002 Major League Baseball Draft by the St. Louis Cardinals. After a career playing professional baseball within the minor league system he began veterinary school at the University of Florida where he received his degree in veterinary medicine. His veterinary interests include surgery and emergency medicine.

In his spare time, Dr. Coleman enjoys spending time with his Curr dog, Mason. Kevin enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, baseball, and fishing. He stays fit by weight training, running and swimming. Dr. Coleman is the second doctor in the family after his brother who is a Pediatric Emergency Physician practicing in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Coleman is the proud uncle of his nephew Rem who is 2 years old.
