Veterinary Hospital on east side of Denver is looking for the right person to join our Communication Center crew to care for our site of over 33,000 square feet. We are looking for someone who will be full time and is willing to work during the week and on weekends.
DUTIES
This position works under general supervision, following established procedures to ensure clients receive efficient and courteous service, client disputes and problems are researched and resolved with established guidelines, and acts as a liaison between clients and various departments through the primary communication tool of the telephone. This position also must maintain high accuracy of policies to ensure the flow of Doctors schedules daily. All employment and OSHA polices must be adhered to at all times.
Duties include:
-Answers all incoming phone lines by the third ring based on call volume.
-Schedules appointments accordingly, based on client need and Doctors availability
-Handles initial patient status inquiry through the use of the current client and patient application
-Utilizes current client/patient application to access accounts for the purpose of client data changes, word processing, and to answer basic questions.
-Process initial fax request orders and facilitates to the appropriate person for handling.
-Refer any questions concerning billing, payment arrangements, charges, estimates or complaints to the Office or Finance Manager accordingly.
-Accurately label and maintain the integrity of patient hard files to ensure quick and efficient locations of such files.
-Handles bereavement communication on behalf of the hospital staff when appropriate.
-Additional duties as assigned or needed to maintain the efficient handlings of client and hospital business needs.
REQUIREMENTS
-Technical understanding of veterinary terminology
-Strong organizational skills
-Strong client relations and interpersonal skills
-Intermediate computer skills
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Basic to intermediate supervisory skills
-Self starter and team player

Veterinary Hospital on east side of Denver is looking for the right person to join our janitorial crew to care for our site of over 33,000 square feet. We are looking for someone who will be full time and is willing to work during the week and on weekends between the hours of 11:30 pm to 8:00 am.
REQUIREMENTS
-Knowledge of general floor cleaning equipment.
-Manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance required.
-Ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently.
-Ability to do repetitious arm movements required for cleaning procedures.
-Ability to use and operate related work aids such as: brooms, mops, floor buffing and scrubbing machines and floor extractors cleaning machine.
-Ability to reach and lift approximately 30 pounds.
-Self starter and team player
-Strong organizational skills
DUTIES
This position works under direct supervision of the Custodial Maintenance Supervisor, following and enforcing established procedures to ensure the cleanness of the facility. The employee may be required to perform duties in either the hospital or the animal lodge, and is required to perform custodial duties for outside areas. Additionally, the employee will be required to assist with snow removal duties. All employment and OSHA polices must be adhered to at all times. Duties include:
-Perform janitorial task to ensure that the facility is clean.
-Empties trash in all common areas, to include lunch room, restrooms, doctor’s area, administration, exam rooms, and client services areas.
-Strips and waxes the floors as needed.
-Clean assigned areas in such a manner that the facility can be seen by visitors and/or inspected at any time.
-Sweeps, mops and scrubs the floors nightly.
-Maintains an adequate level of restrooms supplies in all restrooms.
-Empties all outdoor trash cans.
-May be required to scrub the outside entrance areas.
-Vacuum all hospital carpets nightly.

Veterinary Hospital on east side of Denver is looking for the right person to join our Client Service crew to care for our site of over 33,000 square feet. We are looking for someone who will be part time and is willing to work during the weekdays and on weekends.
DUTIES
This position works under general supervision, following established procedures to ensure clients receive efficient and courteous service, client disputes and problems are researched and resolved within established guidelines, and acts as a liaison between the client and various departments. All employment and OSHA polices must be adhered to at all times. Duties include:
-Greets all clients that enter the building.
-Accurately enters proper billing codes and secures payment
-Schedules appointments accordingly, over the phone and in person, based on client need and doctor availability.
-Utilizes current client/patient application to access accounts for the purpose of new patient set up, invoicing, client data changes, word processing, and to answer basic client questions.
-Responsible for the accurate handling of cash, check, and credit card transactions and the subsequent reconciliation of such transactions.
-Refer any questions concerning billing, payment arrangements, charges, estimates or complaints to the Office Manager or Hospital Director accordingly.
-Accurately label and maintain the integrity of patient hard files to ensure quick and efficient location of such files.
-Additional duties as assigned or needed to maintain the efficient handling of client and hospital business needs.
